Ideal for severe dryness of the infant, child, or adult, this syndet with ultra-gentle cleansing base also contains shea butter, niacinamide and aqua posae filiformis, a new patented ingredient that acts on the determinant factors of skin with atopic tendency.

We also recommend La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 Reparing Balm to apply to any areas of particular irritation, dryness or directly onto eczema flare-ups.
